Jeziel J. Berrios Picart is a classically trained guitarist and passionate music educator with a strong academic and performance background. He began his formal music studies at the Escuela Libre de Música Ernesto Ramos Antonini in Puerto Rico, where he developed a solid foundation in classical guitar, music theory, and ensemble performance. In 2019, he continued his musical journey at the Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico, where he deepened his expertise in classical guitar performance, music theory, and pedagogy.
Jeziel has several years of experience teaching private guitar lessons to students of various ages and skill levels. He is especially committed to nurturing individual student growth through a personalized and structured approach. His teaching style emphasizes both technical development and musical expression, with a strong focus on theory, sight-reading, and foundational musicianship.
He has successfully prepared students for auditions into specialized music programs and schools, guiding them through repertoire selection, technique refinement, and performance readiness. In addition to his guitar proficiency, Jeziel also has experience in piano, electric guitar, bass and ukelele, which he uses to enhance his teaching and understanding of harmony and musical structure.
Jeziel brings a comprehensive and thoughtful approach to music education, combining extensive knowledge in music theory with a genuine passion for inspiring the next generation of musicians.
