Audrey McKee had been teaching for nearly four decades when she joined the Albuquerque Institute of Music. Born and raised in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, she studied with local instructors before moving to New Mexico where she continued to her piano studies. She holds a Bachelor of University Studies, a Master of Arts in Public Administration, and a Juris Doctorate, all from the University of New Mexico. Audrey has always had a passion for teaching and respects and honors each student's individuality in relation to their abilities and goals.

Outside of teaching piano, Audrey enjoys spending time with her husband and her fur babies, reading, and swimming.
